Re-discover the joy of movement! By A Intimidated by the tiny chicks you see in aerobics classes? Fear no more! While the fitness industry implies otherwise, big women, too, have the right to exercise and be fit. This book will inspire and empower you to move your body-if you want to. The writers are adamant in their stance that huge women have the same right as any individual else to work out or choose not to. The special importance and significance is on having fun and enjoying your body. While describing respective activities, the book likewise discusses the particular needs larger women face while exercising, such as supportive bras and sturdy shoes. There is no reason to hide in the house and stay clear from life just because you are more spectacular than somebody else! This book is gentle, encouraging, and eye-opening, and-you may have guessed this already-written by two big women, one who teaches aerobics and one who loves sports.

Excellent book, but beware of the quality! Additionally, this quality results in horrible, terrible effigy quality — which is painfully apparent on the front page of the book…

Pat Lyons And Debby Burgard Rock! By A Pat Lyons and Debby burguard have written an effortlessly applied, effortlessly understandable throughly knowledgable book in regards to the fitness issues facing fat/large/big women. They are total believers that fat/large women may be both fit and fat. The focus here is on the attainable and on fun! I loved this book and I love Pat and Debby for writing it and for practicing what they preach (altho’ really, they don’t preach at all). Well worth the time and money. It encourages, gives hope and practical suggestions.
