Don’t let the low price fool you. This is an magnificent saxophone! I purchased it from The Instrument Store and I am so impressed with the sound and overall quality. My son’s teacher has approved it and it is now on the school’s instrument list. The teacher says that he can’t see any divergence amid this sax and the rental store’s instruments. Buying on Amazon.com has come through for me again!

I have never felt compelled to write a review, but after my experience with this buy I wanted to write and portion this with others. I just purchased this product for my son, and I may say not only is this a pretty instrument with great sound, but the company that sold it provides WONDERFUL client service, as well.

I ordered the sax through amazon, and it arrived within a couple of days. Upon arrival I noticed that the zipper on the case was faulty and called The Instrument Store right away (around 3:00 PM, they close at 4:00). Giorgiana was very polite and helpful and offered to send out a new case right away. The case arrived the next day. This company evidently values quality client service, and their commitment to that was demonstrated by not only sending the case overnight, but also making it all occur so close to the end of the work day.

Good Student Instrument

I purchased this a few months ago for my son and it’s working just fine. He played my 40 year-old Conn for various months and buying this one was the most immediate way to get him playing again. After spending $150 to get my Conn fixed, this saxophone is my son’s initial choice, but now we have a spare instrument so he doesn’t have to haul it back and forth each day.
