The saxophone is an enchanting musical instrument and a good deal of people who firstborn listen it’s mellifluous tones are captivated by the sound of a sonorous saxophone and straight away desire to play it. But the saxophone is not an easy instrument to play. So much so it is one of the most difficult instruments to master and particularly so for the young, normally a lot of dedication is necessitated to conquer this, the king of Instruments.

Often kids will initial listen the saxophone on the Simpsons when Lisa tries to play this elusive of instruments. And so a good deal of kids begin wanting to play just from seeing this program. And so begins the venture – where to buy one what will it cost? This article focuses on these subjects plus will provide answers to them.

However, as most Moms and Dads realize, a child attention may stray so quickly, and one favored action may modify very quickly, so why go spending assorted hundred dollars on a saxophone if it is going to spend a huge amount of time neglected in a heap of closet? So with this and so some other situations with children, the answer may lie in getting a second hand or at least discount instrument to commence off with and you may find these for as little as $50. Then after a few lessons you may determine the next step.

As far as finding a employed or discount saxophone, the selections are plentiful. Of course you may always check out a local pawn shop where you will be competent to see and play the instrument. To find the biggest selections, you may do a search either on Google or eBay (which is, after all, the world’s global pawn shop) but then you are doing things remotely and have to have a little more faith in what you are buying.

At least with either of these methods, you are saving yourself a huge investment in what could be a short lived endeavor. And then you may take your time in settling if you have a virtuoso, worthy of huge investment into the finer realms of saxophones.

Great Sax for a great price

I tried numerous Tenor Saxophones before choosing this one. I tried Buffets, Selmers & others that were hundreds if not thousands of $$$ more and I found this Merano Sax to be the best. The sounds reminds me of a Yamaha Sax, bright & punchy. The notes bend beautifully. I’ve gotten so galore terrifi sounds out of this horn & have actually maltreated it playing live. My bandmates are thrilled that we have added this to our set up. I like it so much I went back and purchased a Cello from crystalcello as well (which is likewise excellent) Great Tenor Sax !!! Thank you

great horn and outstanding service

Solid horn peculiarly for the price range!!! Great service… They don’t have a phone number, but if you contact them by way of email, they will get back to you the same day.

Intonation troubles on a few notes, but not one thing I wouldn’t suppose from a Tenor that’s less than 300$… The keys feel good, the corks are great, pads are nice… As long as you take care of this horn, it will take care of you.
I would definately buy again.

Great horn for a little price

The sax arrived on time and was checked by a professional sax player and stated that the sound and ease of play could be equated to a much higher priced sax.
