Trill Key Spring too short/ Flat Key lost screw & washer

Daughter has had the flute for 3 weeks and complains each day when it comes to the sound. The spring for the trill keys are the problem, according to our local horn shop;but they will not even touch it. Now we will have to deal with the headache of attempting to get it fixed on the warranty or returning it.

REVISION: Just got off the phone with Hyson Musical Instruments – They are apologetic when it comes to this flute and are sending a new one to switch with. They are astonished it happened but stand behind their sales & service.

Was going to bump up the star rating but it doesn’t change in the edit mode! (Amazon may we repair that)

2nd Revision: They sent me a new one and I sent the other one back.
Just got off the phone again with Hyson Musical Instruments – They are very apologetic in regards to this flute: They were calling to insure me that they received the flute and all charges were taken care of. They in truth want to make sure my daughter was happy with the sound and that if anything ought to arise to please contact them. They made this interchange as easy as possible and their follow up has been impeccable.

A dream come unfeigned (LJ Hutchen Silver C Flute)

I purchased from LJ Hutchen the C Silver Flute, to my greatest surprise it arrived the very next day I couldn’t believe it, they deliver rather fast but most important, the flute is so beautiful, solid and sounds magnificent, I have been looking for a good instrument for sometime, and since flutes may be rather highpriced I was thinking when it comes to buying a good used one. I read a lot before making a decision, getting a new inexpensive one was out of the question since it seemed, they all have the same difficultnesses like keys getting stuck or falling apart: loose keys. I highly commend getting this brand, for few more dollars you get a brand new quality instrument which has a warranty of two years that is how sure they are in regards to what they make. It comes ready to play, tuned. I am so happy with it and you will be too. I am veritably thankful to them for making such pretty instruments and to the clients who take the time to give their sentiment which at the end is the most valuable one. service is splendid as well. They is worthy of 10 stars.

My daughter’s private teacher commended this flute for her and she loves it. Her teacher said it was a great deal and that it would be perfective for her. The price is great and we are very happy with this instument.
