One of the most prolific composers was Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who wrote music for various instruments including the clarinet. The clarinet is an instrument that belongs to the family of the woodwind. It is comprised of four hollow pieces of ebony, a barrel, upper and lower joints and a bell, which fit together to make a musical assemblage.

Clarinet sheet music is dissimilar than other r sheet music, since the clarinet has a fixed tone production. Unlike the piano, which is called the “mother” of all instruments, the clarinet is discerned amidst respective types of flats. In music, a flat is applied to reduce the semitone that gives rise to a lower pitch. The clarinet needs that flat to accommodate it is performance and play. There are respective kinds of clarinets found including the E Flat, Bass and Alto B Flat, A Major, A Flat, C Major and D Flat. Most people prefer the B Flat clarinet.

Orchestras use clarinets according to the type of music they intend to play. Clarinets can not be applied to play all notes on a regular music sheet. They need to have special music sheets that incorporate clarinet notes. The B Flat sheet music is distinctively written to integrate notes that may be played in that style. Clarinet sheet music is very specific, and yet players may play high notes that may not be on the sheet music or “music score.”

Today, clarinet sheet music is played in respective styles of music — namely classical, jazz and gospel. A clarinet player will have to do not forget the type of music, as each style has it is own notes, description and forma. With growing computer software programs, clarinet music is now available on the Internet and may be downloaded and played.

Great instruction book

This is the other book the professor made me buy for clarinet class. I like it, and again I couldn’t find it for less anywhere.

A Must Have

Like the primary book in this series, this one stretchings your capacity and demands more practice. Use it to get better and stay in touch with the basics. Very utile tool, and a must have for any clarinist.

Essential Elements 2000: Comprehensive Band Method
