Clarinet wood or plastic, the witch is the best.?

I really want to buy a clarinet, 6th grade and I have been playing for several years. I To spend U.S. $ 1000 and I wondered if the purchase of wood or plastic to buy whatever brand.

A quality plastic very high (Leblanc, Yamaha, Buffet) will be better than some wood every day. That said, wood instruments are generally better tone will be like a plastic and best. How can I sell my LeBlanc wood clarinet?
