You gotta double it.

I looked at the reviews and i read the troubles people were having with this product. So rather of just following the instructions i modified them. I increased the boiling time to in regards to 40 seconds, I cooled it for 5 seconds or less and bit into the mouthpiece for regarding a minute. it fit perfectly and i love it.

A bit little for adult male.

I am a 20 year old intermediate sized male and This mouth guard was a little bit narrow for my mouth. i genuinely had to bend the sides out after heating it up to fit it around my back teeth. The gel in the mouth guard is very effective and forms well to the teeth.

Solid Mouthgaurd For Basketball

When I basi started using this mouthguard I hated it. It felt so huge in my mouth that it was hard to breathe and I would most times gag. I threw it off to the side of the court because I felt that it was doing more hurt than good.

Then a few weeks later, I chipped my tooth. Luckily it was just a slight chip, but it got me to make a trip to the dentist for a customized mouthguard. Since I’ve been waiting for the mouthguard to come, I’ve been using the shockdoctor again. Now that I am employed to it, I am no longer bothered/having trouble breathing/gagging all the time. I’ve come to realize that it genuinely offers a lot of protection, and the gel feels finelooking nice on the teeth.

I am regretting going to the dentist to get a mouthguard, because this one unquestionably does the trick for in regards to 1/20 of the cost.
