The Concert Performer Series brings you 12 well-known piano pieces, beautifully staged on strong, high-sheen card, finish with a special CD-Rom which holds both audio and MIDI to aid you practise for a genuinely great performance. About the CD: Track 1 holds an audio concert performance. This track is playable on any CD player or computer equipped with a CD-Rom drive and audio CD player software. Track 2 is a special audio ‘study track’, on which you’ll listen the same performance as Track 1 at a slower speed. Listening to and playing along with this track may aid you resolve questions of rhythm and interpretation as you are learning the piece. MIDI selective information is provided for both Macintosh and PC. In order to use these files, you ought to have software and hardware designed to play and/or edit MIDI files. The file is a type 1 usual MIDI file (SMF) and is completely compatible with most current hardware and software sequencers and players. The instrument assignings conform to the General MIDI Standard. Rascal Flatts is in the genre of country music; altho it is debatable. It is a pop band in country clothing. Rascal Flatts comprises of three band members and a five piece backing band. The concert lasted 2 hours to a sold out crowd. Rascal Flatts have a tendancy to use the same harmonies for each of there up pace songs. On the hand there harmonies sound the same as slow songs also; they just fetch the song down an octave. Although a heap of of their songs are slow to mid-tempo numbers regarding love and relationships, they’re also the greatest hits. The trio had an explosive opening finish with fireworks, and the audience stayed on their feet the entire night.

One of my bestloved things when it comes to Rascal Flatts is there lead singers capacity to raise his octave and lower it all around the same song. His voice acts like the instrument that gives all the other instruments harmony. When you are competent to combine the harmoniousness from the lead singer with the tempo that the drum keeps beating you are given a beauteous melody that is hard not to tap your toes too. Rascal Flatts also used the steel guitar for a few of their songs. A steel guitar is a guitar that is held horizontal with the strings facing upwards. It was actually interesting to see this guitar being played so well. The steel guitar provides what I call the twangy country sound. It is a very distinctive sound that was outstanding to hear.

Some of the best instrumental elements genuinely came from the band that was not front and center. The violin that is employed to maintain melody and a beauteous sound was great to listen to. It was the pitch that is used to formulate the melodies that made me receive pleasure from the violin so much. You also had back up guitar and banjo on a heap of songs.

Much like other bands the backup band in truth seems to have more talent at playing instruments then the actual band has. At times this seemed like the case to me with Rascal Flatts. While Rascal Flatts played the main parts of the song and pleasantly occupied the crowd, the backup band quietly kept the melody on point. One of my favored constituents of the concert came when I heard the final song played, called “Life is a Highway”. This song primary stood out only because of the attentiongetting beat. About halfway through the song there was an amazing guitar solo. The harmonic of this part could not have been better. In the Harmonic the tempo was taken upbeat and never came back down.

In conclusion you may call Rascal Flatts any genre you want. However you will soon find out that they have attentiongetting melodies that will stay in your head for days. There up temp melodic sounds are stimulating and easy to understand. Therefore I would commend them to anyone.

Beautiful and challenging but not impossible

I purchased this as a gift for my piano-playing wife. It is one of my bestloved piano pieces. I wanted something that would be challenging for her but not out of the question or too monumental for her to tackle. This fits the bill perfectly, but I will warn you that an individual with little hands will have difficultness playing this piece. If you are not intimate with this piece, it is very short (just two pages of music), so don’t be astonished or disappointed with that.
